It's a 15 minute walk from the city centre and has it's own private underground parking (first come, first served basis) so we could just leave the car and wander the city. "The hotel is right on the corner of the square in Ghent, it was not too noisy though. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast and bar areas were clean and well stocked. It is very easy to find your way around the city and the tram services are excellent. Have a look around the castle, a good two or three hours to cover it. Many churches too. We are not religious, but the architecture is something to behold. A trip to Patrick Foley's Irish Bar is also worth it."
