"I was disappointed with this stay. For the amount of money it cost, the caravan was not clean, was overcrowded and needs a lot of smarting up.
You had to pay extra to have bedding which I think is unreasonable, particularly how much it cost per night anyway. Communication with the host was fine but not great. Unfortunately I wonβt be recommending or returning to this property. "

"Have stayed in the Burlington Hotel many times.
Food always good.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately this time we stayed, our room was not serviced in the 4 days were stayed,( other guests stayed a week and room not serviced) although staff at reception happy to give you toilet rolls, tea, coffee and milk for room."
"The room had everything we needed-two single beds, own bathroom and a kettle! It was clean and tidy, just a little dated but, we slept well and had a lovely time"
"Booked a double room with sea view last minute and we were pleasantly surprised.
The room was spacious, clean with a fantastic sea view and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is equally clean although a little dated and showing its age, however donβt let that put you off staying. For the price we paid it was great value plus parking for Β£2.50 until 11am the next day long the front.
Despite no air con, the hotel had thoughtfully made the bed with a sheet only, with the duvet in the wardrobe should it be needed and a fan was also provided."
"Another stay at the Grand Hotel, a favourite destination where I have found the service to be variable. The hotel itself is the standout with excellent facilities including the pools. On this visit the service also matched expectations."
"Lovely old seaside hotel, mostly very nice, huge double room but in need of an update, especially the bathroom, all very clean and tidy but a bit dated.
Breakfast buffet all very good, nice selection and freshly cooked.
Staff all very helpful and efficient.
These hotels are the very essence of the English seaside, but, cost a fortune to upkeep, and now they have to try and compete with the likes of airb&b!
I love these old places and hope that they can continue offering good accommodation with style for many years to come."
"This is the third time we have stayed at The George . We like the relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the fact you can walk to lots of very nice pubs and restaurants as well as the hotel restaurant."
