"Check in was quick and smooth when we arrived. Front desk staff and housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. We asked for additional pillows and they were in the room waiting for us when we returned that evening. We would definitely return whenever we come back to the Ottawa area, as well as recommend this Travelodge to others. Thank you for such a great stay!"

"This is rooming house accommodation. While the property was clean, I misunderstood the listing. I thought it was a kitchenette suite. Bathrooms are shared; kitchen is shared. Sleeping rooms are very small. It was quiet, the other guests were very respectful, and the manager was responsive and thoughtful. "Place is great and perfect for meetings in Ottawa with La cocotte restaurant being one of the highlight as well. I would stay away from rooms at lower level facing the internal courtyard- too noisy at night. I requested a room change at 22:00 upon check-in which was done very kindly and swiftly. Overall a good option in Ottawa."
