"I am so grateful for the gentleman that checked me in Saturday evening!! This was the best customer service experience and I left my phone at the front desk and he made sure to deliver it before I even knew it was missing!! Such a relief to be at an honest establishment, with nice cold, clean rooms!! The housekeeping staff deserve an award! I truly appreciated how clean everything was! The hotel could use some updating in certain areas but the customer service, housekeeping, property views by the pool (pretty exotic birds) just made this a great spot in Tampa!

"Although there was a plametto bug in our room, the staff was quick to change our room since it was still alive and we were too grossed out to try and get rid of it. The staff was super friendly at all times no matter the time of day or night. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was also a plus!"
