"The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. "

"I was greeted by Kaitlyn with a smile and a nice conversation. She was friendly and quick throughout check in. All of the staff was very accommodating, said hello and asked if I needed anything. Quinton at Valet was great as was the breakfast staff. "

"Beautiful place, we would like to come back sometime. Very simple check in, very well decorated, very cool accommodations. The room and the entire facility were very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. My wife’s only complaint was the nearness of the toilet to the sleeping area, with semi private doors—(not because of me). We stayed in 1 B. Ryan and David have done a wonderful job."
