"Really good location for the football, a little bit out of the centre of Basel but easy enough to get in on the tram (which is free with the Basel card that the hotel gives you). Room was nice enough and clean.
We did have an issue at check-in where another guest had been booked in under our reservation, but the front of desk staff quickly resolved the issue and gave us a free drink for the trouble - would stay again if in Basel. "
