"Great location and view from our balcony, but wish the balcony had been cleaned, so it’s not covered in cobwebs. There was a sign in our room to use makeup remover wipes, so you don’t stain the towels, but no wipes were provided. After requesting some, they still were not provided."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to Shepler's ferry. The pool and hot tub were closed, which was disappointing since that was one of the amenities that we were looking for to using."

"The 3 rooms we had were clean and the beds very comfortable. We stayed on the bottom floor and had a very nice porch that we could sit on. I really enjoyed having not only a view of the lake but being on the lake itself. The continental breakfast was decent. My only complaint was that there was a lot of people having breakfast at the same time so the line for pancakes took a while. The free shuttle to Sheplers Ferry was greatly appreciated. I would not only recommend this hotel but I look forward to staying there again in the future! Thank you for a lovely stay!"
