"Awesome floor plans! We felt the beds were to stiff. We slept terribly. But some people like really firm mattresses. The breakfast could be better for sure. But the staff was so friendly and so helpful. It was clean and well kept. The elevator was SLOW. Like wow slow but not a big deal. The grounds were gorgeous. We will be back next year for sure. We would just ask for a topper for the mattresses."
"The staff were incompetent. I prepaid for my room and the incompetent staff working after hours made me pay over 500 dollars again to check in. I got my money back but it was certainly inconvenient to say the least. 500 came off my available spending. Suppose I didn’t have an additional 500 dollars to pay and still have money to eat on my short turnaround trip.
Also the room was filthy when we got there. The bathroom hadnt been touched. Hair still in the tub and pubic hair on the toilet.
It would not be my first choice again. If you gonna spend 100+ a night, stay the Marriott or Hilton brand. These kind of mistakes don’t happen there."
"The hotel was overall well. The were dirty marks on the walls, but the beds were clean. The pool was nice, however, the hot tub was extremely small. During breakfast, there was no hot food; but nevertheless the stay was fine for a last minute find!"
