"The room was nice very modern, the mirrors on the roof if a bit weird but the bed was huge and comfy. None of the restaurants, rooftop terrace and bars are in the same building as the hotel. they’re not too far away but it is right around the party party area, which if that’s what you want its good but was pretty busy and pretty loud at night too. They ask for a deposit that we didn't realise when first booking, which can take up to 14 days to be refunded after check out. The outdoor pool wasn't open. There was also two bits of paper that got you into the spa and if you don't return them to reception €50 comes off your deposit, they don't tell you that, it's just written in very small writing on the card, luckily my partner looked at them before we checked out, but yeah felt a bit like a scam because we might’ve just left them in the room. but overall was comfy and did the job, but glad we had a different hotel for the rest of our stay in Malta. "

"We arrived late but the reception was open and the staff very friendly. Our room was clean and very large with a sea view which was lovely. Breakfast was buffet style and there were lots of options although they could be more clearly marked with dietary requirements as I'm plant based and so struggled at times. I found oat milk on the third day after asking on the first and being advised they didn't it only to find it on the cereal stand along with Almond and Soya. Margarine would have been nice. All that being said I'm being constructive with my criticism, there was plenty of food and all of what I had was fresh and tasty. The staff were amazing and the room cleaned daily. One disappointment was that unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance which I understand but also the patio with the loungers was closed too so there was no outside seating in the evening. They had arranged for guests to use the hotel next door though so at least that was something. All in all, I would recommend the hotel itself and the hotel chain and I'll look out for this chain in other resorts too. Bear in mind there is a hotel being built right behind this one at the moment due to open in three months so there is noise during the day."

"Great location, designer hotel but housekeeping staff letting down, knocking to the doors and waking up at 7.45am. Despite no disturb label. 6th floor. No tea spoon, no tea in the room. All staff is excellent especially Ukrainian and Czech Republic reception. "

"Massively exceeded my expectations, the staff (Jeewon, Sarfaraz and Brandon especially) were absolutely awesome. This hotel has a very nice members club lounge, heated swimming pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi. The location is very central, the hotel itself is practically brand new, the bedrooms are really nice. The breakfast buffet was awesome too really nice food with lots of options. The staff at this hotel treat guests like Royalty and are very very flexible upon checkout they let me stay in the club lounge and were very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😃👍 "
