"It was okay. The room had high ceilings, definitely felt smaller than 600sqft. I appreciated that it was pet friendly, I did not appreciate being told there was a “$100 deposit” only to have my reciept at the end of the stay say “$100 pet cleaning fee.” That feels dishonest when we left our room spotless. There were two Valets when I stayed, one was great. One valet was awkward, seemed high or just spaced out of it. He’d watch from the inside while I struggled with a baby, a dog and whatever bags I had. You have to physically ask for help for anything and everything and staff is very young, and seem put out by it. I wasn’t asking for much and tipped $20 each time someone did help me. valet parking is on a ramp in heavy traffic in the middle of downtown, they have large roller carts for luggage that are old and don’t push straight. It is difficult to get out of your car without almost being hit, on my last day the good valet (a black guy if that helps identify the good valet for management) was very helpful getting my bags to my car and even loaded them for me. It took me and 2 employees to safely get the roller cart to my car because it doesn’t steer straight or lock so one person needs to be holding onto it while another unloads because you are on a steep ramp in heavy fast moving traffic. As for cleanliness the only microwave in the building is in the lobby& it was filthy.Your blanket is old, thin & dirty, between 2 rough sheets. The bed felt like a rock slab with a pad."
