"Friendly staff, nice breakfast, central location"

"It was an ideal overnight stay for us from the ferry port.I checked ahead that we would be able to check in late and they replied promptly that there was an overnight porter. Parking was provided and the room was exactly right for a family of 3 with a bunk bed for a daughter. We paid for breakfast with the room and glad we did as it was suitable for setting us up for the road ahead: coffee, croissant, bread and and cereal for our daughter. Another couple wanted to pay for breakfast separately but they wete told that it has to be pre booked."

"excellent stay, its right at a mall so you had shopping right next door, and everything was close by the center all the restaurants and shops. the room was very clean and noce. i loved this place! ill be back for sure"

"Staff were all lovely There was lots of noise from the outside road and from the liquor store outside the window. Deliveries started very early shortly after 6am Room was large. Bed and pillows comfy. We did find a pair of Men’s pants presumably left from a previous occupant. "

"The room photos may misguide you. We stayed 2 adults and 2 children. The bed for the kids were a sofa bed. One pillow was missing and room condition was fair. One of the reasons for choosing this hotel that provides cap park space. But hotel said parking spaces are full and guided me to the same underground parking space with paid option. Evenif, there were some minor issues like mentioned above, in terms of location and price it is can be preferable for short stays. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel was quiet, calm and ideally situated for the city centre. A short easy walk from the station and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great quality with plenty of choice and good coffee. "

"Room really does need a fridge, spotless throughout, dog bowls & pet bed in room. "

"Luckily just crashed for the night. Mattresses were super stiff, it was hot and stuffy, lights outside are too bright and leak in, other guests up all night and constant smell of smoke from them drifting in, WiFi didn’t work, washroom is far too small for grown men with a shower head that wouldn’t stay upright, bathroom door just wouldn’t close, didn’t provide enough towels, TV was not connected to any kind of channel. Best bit was they never charged me the pay-at-property tax, saving me a little under £2 👍"

"The evening meal was delicious. Breakfast was tasty but as there was a single person managing reception and the cooking unfortunately there was quite a wait and I did feel sorry for the lady who was working flat out trying to do it all"
