"Everything was great except it was a real shame that when we arrived about 1 hour after check in, our room was still not made up and the bed was a mess."

"I always try and stay here when I’m in Wellington but wow the property is starting to age. Tiles coming away in the shower, damaged sinks, frayed bedding and damaged carpets at entryways and stains everywhere. It really needs an upgrade already. Not worth what they charge anymore even though the location is amazing and the overall vibe is still awesome. "

Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. "Hotel was partly under construction due to a new law that buildings in Wellington needed to comply. Easy walking to museums, harbor, restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket. Did not get the chance to try the hotel restaurant. It was a bit pricey."
