"Modern industrial style hotel. Clean and warm during winter time. Although not sure if it will be as good during hot summer day as I can't see any air conditioning, only heater. Service were great, friendly and helpful. Another great things about this hotel is their fair policy if you decided to not to ask for room service for cleaning it gave you a choice between wines, beer or others. "Beautiful, historic hotel in the heart of old town Lucerne! Close to everything and we could get enough of the view of Jesuitkirche and the chapel bridge across the river from our private balcony. For location and views, would 10/10 stay here again! Tip- the breakfast buffet can be a little pricey, but the service was wonderful and a they offered a great spread or a-La-Carte options. Eating there is a quintessentially Swiss place to start your morning and you won't regret it. "

"The hotel is very quaint and in a great location. I especially loved the elevator. The staff was excellent! My only complaint with my stay was that there was no air conditioning and the window only opened a crack. Because it was summer, it was stifling hot. "

"I LOVED staying at this hotel. We were lucky enough to get a room with air conditioning. It's a beautiful hotel with a great theme. The staff was PHENOMENAL, answering any questions we had and storing all of our luggage for us on our last day (we were traveling in a group of 12). The rooms are nice and there is an elevator. We were even allowed to play cards in the lobby bar in the evenings. There is a tram stop about 500 feet away so it's easy to get around in the city. "
