"This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The pictures honestly do not do it justice. I only stayed for two nights, but I was genuinely shocked by how beautiful and luxurious the property was. As soon as you walk in, there’s a gorgeous pool surrounded by greenery, smooth stones, and the sound of running water. The whole property has this peaceful, almost spa-like atmosphere. Even the gym surprised me—it felt like I had walked into a luxury fitness club. The room was STUNNING. Super high...

"I usually stay at marriott's due to my status but decided to go with Chala #6 due to its central location in Chang Mai. Best decision ever. The staff were beyond amazing. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and location was so convenient. 15 min walk to all 4 main city gates. Zero notes or complaints."

"Excellent location within walking distance to attractions, massage places, Sunday night market and eating places. Room came with urinal (a first at any hotels we have stayed). However, the design of the bathtub and shower head is not good. Water splashes to the sides and accumulate on the ledge around the tub. Could do away with the urinal and have the space do up for standing shower. Getting in and out of the slippery tub can be difficult for short people. Hot water at times take a long time...
