From the moment we arrived we fell in loves. Our favourite hotel in Thailand. Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we were picked up from the airport. The hotel is gorgeous and has so much character. Definitely the coolest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, so unique. It’s so close to so many amenities and delicious food amongst the old city. Absolutely stellar experience.

This was booked last minute for 2 short nights, I have been in Chang Mai for 10 days and it was so nice to stumble upon this beautiful place. The vibe is so cool! The craftsmanship of the entire building blew my mind :) The room was sup unique and I won’t spoil the very interesting luck on the door Aside from that the staff was above a neon with great recommendations They were super kind and super helpful We ended up booking a detour for their recommendation with a driver named Adam, which I highly recommend! I will definitely be that

This hotel is excellent. Great value, charming Thai style, rooms are spacious, great walkable location, and hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful. We had to move rooms because of loud and late music next door and they accommodated immediately without hesitation. Second room was even nicer than the first. Lots of stairs in the hotel but adds to the old charm. It wasn’t the hotels front staff fault, but the driver organized for the airport did not show up on time so we took a grab instead. It was 4am and the Airport is very close so not a big deal but if driver is unreliable the hotel should not use him or her for their guests. Overall would recommend staying here and would be back again.

Incredible hotel with traditional northern Thai interior. The rooms are beautiful with wooden furniture and details throughout. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, i suggest to take their advice on where to eat! If I have a complaint it is that the AC isn’t strong enough and the pool is off-site.

I really enjoyed my stay at Namton Boutique Hotel. The location is convenient, and the staff were very nice and helpful throughout my visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. The only downside was the shower — the water pressure was quite weak, and the water temperature wasn’t consistent. Aside from that, everything else was very pleasant, and I would still consider staying here again.

Very cool room and decor. Staff at front desk were very nice. A nice stay and close to everything. Since I haven’t seen anyone mention this, just for others who enjoy a hotel pool, the pool is not at the hotel, it is around the corner and accessible to the public and a hostel.

Charming and peaceful

Namton Boutique is a lovely and peaceful hotel. The staff are friendly and gracious. The rooms are in a beautiful Lanna style and very comfortable. The location is fantastic for exploring yet is a bit quieter than other parts of the old city. Highly recommend.

Great location in the Old City, about 10 minutes from the airport and close to several temples, restaurants, and massage places. The bed was comfortable, but the hotel has no elevator and the shower-over-bathtub setup had irregular water pressure. There’s no breakfast on-site, but there are plenty of good options nearby.
