"The resort has a lot of great amenities like the pool and lazy river but everything was in separate buildings and the only way to access each building was to walk through the parking garages and along the main ocean avenue, even to go get towels for the pool. The construction was a major draw back as not only was it very unsightly but was very inconvenient. "The ocean view was unobstructed and the pool was good. The condo was okay; it had a rustic vibe but teetering on outdated, and there's a difference. The curtains were supper old, the flooring in the master bedroom was super cheap, when there was a slight musty smell when the air conditioner was turned off, the fitted sheet had a permanent stain and so did the shower curtains in the bathroom in the master bedroom. "Though not the newest or most modern, the accessibility, parking and beach proximity was unbeatable. Loved the security for access to the bldg and rooms. We didn’t use the pools or hot tub but folks were usually there. Convenient parking and space to load/unload. Down on 21st so a little walk to busiest street shops etc but quite convenient to good seafood, Italian, burgers, breakfast etc on 23rd We liked it so much we extended 1 extra day.
