"The room we got was terrible. The room wasn’t clean when we got there. There was pee all over the bathroom floor. The water in the sinks never got hot. Not enough towels not enough blankets . The room smelled terrible. Went to use the oven and it smelled like roach spray was sprayed all over it. It said on their end that I ordered a handicap room but on my side it didn’t say that. It looked like the shoved us in the oldest room there that no one uses right in the corner next to the basketball...

"A beautifully maintained hotel that was a great place to spend the night. We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around. The snacks in the communal sitting area was much appreciated and breakfast was very nice."

"The hotel and room were very clean and maintained. The bed was hard and I had a difficult time getting comfortable. We also started hearing doors slam at 6 am and it didn’t stop. We didn’t seem to get restful sleep after a late night."

"Property is not at all as advertised. The main picture is not the hotel, but an event venue at the front of the building. The room was in poor condition. Walls had holes, bedding had holes, could feel the springs in the bed. The whole building smells bad. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money without argument when I told them I could not stay there."

"The room was to be non-smoking, it wasn't. That was the least of the issues. The room didn't smell of smoke but smelled awful- permeated everything from clothes to travel bags. Everything we had with us went into the washer when we got home, regardless of if we wore it. Bathroom was filthy from the walls to the tub to the floor. We did not shower there - tub was disgusting. Hairdryer was broken - when picked up fell into 2 pieces and greasy dirty. Furniture was bad - long deep scratches in...

"1st room smelled like a cigarette factory. Complained and got a new room. Much better. Watched to young BM walk down a hallway with video cameras and make contact with two scantily dressed women. Appeared that they were doing some sort of Adult webcam work. This places does need a make over. Staff was very nice and the bed we slept in was very comfortable."
