Furniture of the room was not appealing at all, heavily damaged tables, the condition of the bathroom tub was horrible and looked dirty, I barely wanted to shower. There was hair that did not even belong to me on the floor when we got into our room on the bathroom floor, very discouraging to make myself comfortable in the room. "Shuttle running on Friday and Saturday is really helpful. Front Desk staff is kind and helpful. The one thing I will share is that the cleanliness wasn’t the best. There was a stink bug on the wall and you could see the marks on the mirror from a previous guests. Breakfast options are nice; pancakes, waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee, eggs, bagels, muffins, and fruit. Good hotel for quick stays. "

"The refrigerator in my room was not working properly. That made what otherwise would have been an excellent stay to just a good stay. Staff was very nice even though they were unable to get the refrigerator situation resolved. "

"Our first room when we arrived had the door open and a large industrial fan going. I didn’t want to even know why. We immediately went downstairs and got a new room. Interesting, that fan was going all night and most of the next day. Another patron had ants and bed bugs. "

"Evening front desk staff was amazing. Doug and another man. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing was that there were people in the room across from us making lots of noise. Kids running up and down halls, screaming, etc. I let it go until midnight and then I called the front desk. The night staff (woman) came right up and took care of it. "

"For being a comfort inn this beat my expectations, the manager is extremely nice and always willing to help, the hotel doesn’t have a beautiful fireplace, my kids love the pool, especially the Jacuzzi, and my room was a perfect size for a family of four I recommend the king bedroom suite with kitchen and tv room with pull out sofa bed!"
