"very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we...

"Rooms were dated but clean. Mini fridge was VERY loud. We only needed a place to rest our heads which it was perfect for, but probably wouldn’t want to have an extended stay here."

There were damaged walls, ceilings in bad condition, carpet coming loose in several areas creating a tripping hazard, and a strong unpleasant smell in the pool area that was very difficult to tolerate. "This place was easy find, right off the highway. Check in process was a breeze. Staff was very accommodating. My boyfriend bought a few beers from the desk. Rooms were clean. We were going to a concert at Mohegan sun. 15 minute drive to the casino. I did not eat breakfast because I was hungry over, but my boyfriend, brother and SIL did My boyfriendvl said it was good He had sausage, homefries and eggs. Good price for a clean hotel Will stay here again if in town."

"My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. "
