I had an issue that conflicted with my reservation and they took care of it and within 30 min of stress and tension, they had the issue handled and I was able to sleep peacefully. The room was spotless and had everything you could think of. Definitely will be staying here again. "

"We had a good stay. Hotel was clean. Rooms were clean. The heater worked great and the breakfast was very good. The only complaint is the beds are small. The two queens beds are definitely more like two doubles. "

"The staff at this hotel were truly amazing — kind, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the stay was challenging due to multiple episodes of no hot water, which was reportedly caused by city maintenance on the water pipes. While this issue was outside of the hotel’s control, it did impact the overall experience. That said, the staff handled the situation with care and courtesy, and their excellent service made a difficult situation much more manageable."
