"Don t stop there , disgusting room that has not be clean in month. Drug addict in the parking lot trying to sell drug. I insist , I never see a room so filthy in my life. Please please don’t stop there."

"I've visited a few hotels in my life. I've seen the new ones and the "older" ones. This hotel was being upgraded/remodeled. So I was nervous. But..I don't know why I was b/c this hotel was one of the best ones I've visited! Even w/the remodeling going on. The Staff was THE BEST! Yes, it's an older hotel but when I tell you CLEAN!! It was clean! Going forward I'll be on the lookout for this Hotel. I can't wait til the remodeling is finished now. Do yourself a favor and just book. This one was in Beaumont Texas. Not sure of the other locations, but THIS one was beyond my expectations! "

"The stay exceeded my expectations. The staff was very professional. Check in went smoothly. The staff members Ms. Romona and Ms. Loretta went over and above to make us feel welcomed. The rooms was very clean. I was in shock when I stepped in the room and it had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenette. We will be back. I will highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean, and the linens and toiletries provided were of good quality. The hallway was a bit dated and stained. I didn't try the breakfast (it wasn't complementary), but the other time I did try it, it wasn't very good because they were out of so many things during a holiday season."

"The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The toilet got really close to overflowing but ultimately held up. The rest of the hotel is in shambles. Every elevator looks stripped for parts. We got stuck in an elevator once. The staff was incredibly helpful and super nice. They were very gracious and honestly deserve to work at a better place. All in all it was a good cheap stay"
