"Communication with the company was poor. Questions over payment were not clear until I checked in at the office. Turned out there should not have been any questions at all. Payment was made during checking in which was quick and easy. Apartment was more than we needed but was comfortable. Walking distance to central station and most tourist areas. Used nearby metro once due to rain. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. Would stay here again."

"- Room not cleaned / towels not replaced despite multiple requests. - TV did not work yet technician never came (also requested). - Shower ran constantly varying from cold to scolding hot. - Room very warm, no temperature control. "

"All good, breakfast was 27 euro so we didn't try it. Room was clean, sheets fantastic cotton. Tv only had German speaking channels, and no option for Netflix sign in. Only prob was that we couldn't change the heating / aircon. It was set to 19 degrees, which was fine for day, but too hot for night. Balcony door open gave some relief, but for the noise. Location is great. "

"The room was very nice, really liked the amenities provided, the slippers, robe, toothbrush, those things go a long way. The breakfast was pricey but they had great options. We stayed for 3 days an unfortunately there was a group of players, kids and parents and they were so so loud, playing games in the hallway at 11pm and it was very diaruptive, the staff tried to get them to stop and did their best but that unfortunately lowered some points. Other than that, really liked the hotel."
