"Everything about thks hotel exceeded our expectations. The bed was possibly the best hotel bed i have slept on. The check in was easy and modern, the only slight issue was we were on the 7th floor and the lift system was hugly confusing at first. But all in all a great experience "

"Had a great stay in one of the refurbished rooms (design). Bed was really comfortable with lots of pillows and crisp white sheets. Shower room excellent and clean. Communal areas are good, can't understand why some other reviews say different. There are vending machines for cold drinks, snacks and coffee which I found very useful. The staff were all helpfull. Breakfast is excellent, especially the service from Ali and the very lovely Ofelia, always with a smile, thank you."

"We had a great stay at the Fjord Hotel Berlin. It was just as described and pictured. I found the room to be especially clean and well appointed with everything that we needed. For a compact space it felt spacious and we appreciated the design with many shallow ledges around that we could use as shelves to keep our space looking clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I arrived early in the morning before my check-in time and was able to leave my luggage with the front desk while I waited for my room to be ready. When I arrived back for check-in they had already delivered my luggage to the room which was very nice of them. The location was good and tucked away on a side street from the main road so it was quieter. There is more of a residential feeling there and even a small park close by if you have children that need to run around. There was enough food choices close by and it is within walking distance to many of the sights in Potzdamer Platz. I would definitely consider staying again at Fjord Hotel Berlin the next time I am in town. "

"Fabulous hotel, great location, very close to Potzdam Platz station. A short walk to the Brandenburg Gate and several museums as well as the beautiful Tiergarten Park. Staff were extremely helpful. Only downside was that breakfast in the hotel was very expensive, so we didn’t have it. This was not a problem as there were several lovely cafes within a couple of minutes walk, where we had a great breakfast for much less than half the price. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel"

"It was all excellent: room (junior suite) and bathroom were spacious and spotless, staff so helpful and pleasant, amenities all there. In addition, location near Potsdamer Platz was very convenient for both walking and public transportation. We loved it!"

"Excellent hotel in great location. Terrific breakfast- the best we had in a while. Service is outstanding. Food was excellent. The only thing that we didn’t like were the toiletries. They were subpar for 5 star hotel. But it’s a very small item. Overall an excellent hotel. "
