Great location, great rooms , great breakfasts, great staff, and quite possibly the best cookies I’ve ever had !! 😊 I only wish they had a restaurant on the premises, but there are several within a short walking distance. I’m looking forward to staying there again."

"Coffee maker was filthy front desk replaced it immediately with a new one, the bathroom mirror lighting needed to be brighter, and there is peeling paint in the unit. Spectator oceanfront view and the staff provided excellent service. Check your receipt before leaving I was charged a breakfast that I didn’t have it was deducted after I complained no problem "

"A truly wonderful property in a prime location. This was my third stay this month, and I’ve decided this is my exclusive choice for Melbourne. The upstairs rooms are exceptional, featuring vaulted ceilings, king beds, and thoughtful amenities like de-humidifiers and multiple mirrors (for you ladies).
