"I love the property, it was very beautiful and clean. The Resturant was amazing, rooms updated and nice and location amazing. Would definitely stay again. The only thing I didn’t like was the mandatory $35.00 per person entertainment fee. I feel it’s something you should know upfront not when you get there. Naquita Brown"

"It’s a nice hotel although a little Begas Style if you like that. Smaller than Inthough which was good. The out the front to the right is kind of dicey. The hotel is a bit to aggressive in upselling. They wanted $300 for a late checkout."

"Beautiful, modern property in a great location for sites in central Manhattan/Times Square. The outside entry is off a driveway/walk way that is off the main street which is nice. Very clean, nicely appointed modern, updated rooms. Great views. Our room was very quiet. Elevators were quick and there was never a wait. An in-room coffee maker would have been nice though. Very easy to check bags to pick up later. I hope to return."

"My friend and I stayed 6 nights on the 18th floor. Only two elevators are used for floors 1-18. One had been down before we checked in, and was still when we checked out this morning. So very long waits to go up and down. Housekeeping wouldn’t always give use clean washcloths (even though we got fresh hand and bath towels), so we had to call to get clean ones. There is a $45/night resort fee on top of the price you pay on Expedia. This allows you to get 10% of a few restaurants in the hotel....

"The staff notified us 3 hours early before check in to let us know our room was ready. Our housekeeper, Maria was phenomenal! She always made sure we had what we needed. She was very professional and polite. Check out was easy. Great time in NYC!!"
