"CLean room and helpful staff"

"We went to Princeton for our anniversary. Just something low key. The hotel clean. The staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable."

"We got there to check in and went to the room, but the room was dirty— twice before the third time the person on duty went to the room to verify it was clean before he assigned the room to us. Sounded like he was on the phone with the manager to report the problem because they were unaware the rooms weren’t clean, probably by housekeeping staff earlier in the day. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The carpet was disgusting in the hallways and really needs replaced, but the room...

"The hotel was great. My room was very nice. The bed was more comfortable than some very expensive hotels that I have stayed at. The staff members were all great. There are many dining options nearby. There is plenty of free parking. This hotel is very convenient with regard to access to the highway. I would highly recommend this hotel when comparing to the other hotels in the area and in Beckley, WV. This hotel is very nice and affordable. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Front desk friendly and responsive. Room updated and clean, bed comfortable. So close to restaurants - enjoyed Dolly's."

"This was acceptable for a night on the road. The only bug was a fly in the room. The bathroom was VERY questionable. It smelled bad. A stain on the blanket and towels but none on the sheets."

"I loved the resort. Specially our room was lakeview and could see the morning reflection. The room was just like regulart hotel room but I personally liked it for the lake. Overall its a nice quiet place to stay"

"No deadbolt and the door latch mechanism was missing from the jamb. Had to rely on the latch in the door to catch in the open hole in the jamb. There was a security swing latch that barely closed. There was food and candy wrappers on the floor in the corner next to the bed. Walked across the floor barefoot and had to clean my feet before putting socks on. Shower head coming out of the wall and spout pulled away from the wall."

"Didn’t like how the buildings were set up it was really confusing. The toilet didn’t really flush very well. The shower water pressure was decent but not great. The hair dryer didn’t work. The tv said we got channels 9-37 and there were only about 5 channels that actually were able to watch. All the other ones were like abstract paintings. The rest were just snow. The room was clean and the staff was friendly getting new towels for the second day. But they only have two. Could put a couple more...

"Was very run down and not clean. There were dead bugs on the carpet. There were live bugs flying around the room. Bed was miserable. They put me in the room next to the laundry and started doing laundry with what sounded like a sledgehammer at 4:00 am. Breakfast was all bread. No protein. Will never see me at this hotel again."

"Ok"

"We had an enjoyable stay here for 2 nights in the Rosemary suite. We were extra fortunate that the other suites in the building were not occupied so we had all of the common areas to ourselves. Everything was comfy, the kitchen has very nice appliances though no ice. The Market is a block away and a good place to grab a bite. One word of warning for booking through Expedia: make sure you get the door codes before you arrive; there is no front desk to check in at."
