The lobby and restaurant were beautiful the rooms however needed updated. The carpet was really stained and dirty and walls needed painted. It is a non smoking hotel but the halls smelled of cigarette smoke and there were large holes in the carpet, very easy to trip someone. The breakfast was nice, waffles, muffins, cereal. The usual free breakfast items. The pool was closed since it was early March so no comment on that.

The matress was new, which I absolutely loved! Other than that, everything else was rather old and worn in. I can tell they tried to clean it well and keep it in okay condition. We didn't eat the free breakfast, so I can't really review that. The shower pressure was good and the bathroom was pretty clean.

Breakfast was pitiful. Bed was so high I had trouble climbing into it. They need to provide stools to climb into them. Mattress was falling apart and was hard. Room card had to get re-done twice during our 3 night stay.

Staff was excellent, was put in a room with cosmetic issues on an area on the ceiling. On the front part of the desk chair was really warn out. Toilet missing seat tabs and the bowl was bottom seal was loose. Carpet was stained in many places, curtains could not be closed, no privacy. Tenants in the room next to us were loud, rude and obnoxious to say the least and could not sleep until 4AM had to check out by 11AM.
