"Overall we had a nice stay. The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had a Hillside Suite on the first floor, which was plenty of room for our family. I think the second floor in the building (400) would have been much better, as our room was dark and the outside area was at the base of a giant dirt hill, which was hot and dusty so you couldn't really sit outside even in the evening. The upper level had a covered balcony so probably a better...

"The hotel was clean! The rooms and linens were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaners did an excellent job of making beds and replacing towels. She did not disturb our things. It was by far one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had!"

"Check in was a great experience, very helpful and informative. Room was clean and fresh, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was adequate could have had a bit more variety of proteins. The only negative was that the front desk was not staffed for approximately 30 minutes when wanting to check out at 7:00 AM."

"This hotel is the nicest place to stay in Escalante, there isn't much to the city. Rooms are nice and spacious and clean. Highly recommend eating at Escalante Outfitters and Burr Trail Grill for lunch or dinner. The hotel is advertised as having a restaurant onsite serving American cuisine. The restaurant had not opened yet when we checked in due to being behind schedule. The hot tub looked like it needed some love and a good cleaning, but the pool looked nice and clean!"

"Cozy & warm accommodation. There’s a parking available right in front of the cabin for easy access. The room’s interior gives a homely vibe vs hotel but it’s very clean. Room comes with amenities like fridge, coffee maker & microwave oven. Pillows can be slightly larger be great, else all good. Thank you for wonderful stay!"

"It was just in. Service not helpful or cordial. Rooms are very noisy - can hear water running, flushing toilet, and people taking and doors slamming all hours of the night."

"Great place to stay in town. Plentiful parking and so easy to walk to the handful of great places to dine and visit. Room was nicely updated and perfectly clean. Spacious bathroom, plenty of clean, white towels and we enjoyed our complimentary coffee outside in the cool desert morning. I would absolutely stay again."
