Knowing that the hotel was quite full we waited until 10pm- still none. 7am next morning-still none. Extremely frustrating during hot humid weather. At checkout- different desk clerk. "It was a lovely period hotel that was restored to its original glory. The room was spacious with all the amenities. The bed and linens were superb. It’s right downtown and close to the attractions. Restaurant and lounge were equally good."

"Cleanliness of the room was poor. There was a big spill under the bathroom sink which was obvious upon entering the bathroom which had not been cleaned up. This caused both my wife and I to avoid using the bathroom for showering and such."
