"This is my 3rd stay at the Beach Club. Its pool complex is the crown jewel of this resort. While the pool is amazing and cast members here do an excellent job of taking care of the guests, I did notice the rooms are in need of an upgrade. They felt old and outdated. This is in the deluxe category but didn't feel deluxe. I was very surprised. In the future, I'll choose another deluxe option."

"The hotel is nice and easily walkable to Disney Springs. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food at the restaurants were all good and Letter Press was excellent! The lazy river was fun and made for a relaxing day. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool area. No one was cleaning up. We spent the day at the pool on two different days - starting in the morning there was still cups, dishes and trash on the tables, chairs, ground and in the lazy river island that no one...
