"I booked this facility over others, specifically, for the pool table in the game room, the sauna, the hot tub. Each were a bit underwhelming: The game room only has a few games and required quarters for the pool table, $1/play. The sauna did not get very hot - I guess that's OK because I ended up only having time for a very short visit to the sauna anyway. The jets in the hot tub didn't work. "When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some.
