"Cockroaches on the bed "

"We were very pleased with our overnight stay. The breakfast was very good! Conviently right off the Interstate if you are traveling."

"My service dog was allowed-which is one reason I choose this hotel. The staff was great and my room was clean - its a new building. But the t v did not work properlyand kept going off. The air conditioner never got the room cool - it was hot and stuffy. The breakfast was very disappointing unless you like all carbs-bagels, muffins and oatmeal. And even though my room was clean, there was dog poop left in the hallway and stairs from 8 pm Friday and still there when I checked out at 11 am Saturday. I wont be staying here again."

"Second time staying here and the room wasn’t as clean as the first time. Strange stains on bedding. "

"Hotel was not full so not sure why we got a handicapped room?"

"The front desk person was not friendly at all at check in. The room we got was very dated and needs a big remodel. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the pool area looks really nice, the reception area and breakfast was nice and clean. The breakfast area is near the general managers office, while grabbing our breakfast we can hear someone screaming at someone else at the top of their lungs inside the general managers office. Not ok when children can hear this. "
