"Everything needs updated. The 1st room we had was dirty and then the 2nd room we had the tiles in the shower were starting to peel off. Better lighting in the rooms. The light bulbs are the dull warm white, not the bright white. Half the time the staff wasn't at the front desk when you needed them. I wouldn't stay there again. "

"Best experience. The staff were tremendously helpful and supportive. We received tremendous help from Venessa and Samantha for kids and family. Breakfast is good. But one thing to mention - only pork items - no chicken/ turkey in 2 days. Overall great 😃"

"Room Excellent. Staff great. Breakfast area small and not enough seating area. Bath/shower needs ADA bars. Older people like me need these otherwise there is a sense of insecurity. Ice machine nearby made a lot of noise during the night. "

"The tile shower in my room was in poor repair. Cracked tile that had a very large caulk joint to keep it from leaking. Poor caulking around the base of shower. The looks of the shower made you not enjoy it. Loose tiles in the floor when you walked. Carpet in the room wasn’t vacuumed very well. "

"We stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio and had a very disappointing and upsetting experience. They advertise free breakfast, but both mornings the options were either unavailable or not refilled. On the first day, we were told they were out of bread. On the second day, by 8:45 AM, there was almost nothing left. When we requested a refill, the lady manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. I took a small portion—one bowl of cereal, three pancakes, and...

"Very nice and clean hotel rooms and staff was friendly will be staying again on next visit. Convenient to shopping and food. Also a very short travel to Gruene where we visited. "

"Gates are locked for entry around the premises so must enter from Valley Hi. Non smoking but smell cigarettes. Water pressure could be better. Water is hot. I felt safe enough. Across from H.E.B. happyface."
