"The entire stay was excellent! The most pleasant experience was calling Samuel, the valet captain. We were lost and confused trying to find the hotel. We called, and Samuel stayed on the phone with us until we got to the hotel. His competence and helpful attitude reflect very highly on the Mengers reputation!"
