The staff was amazing, the parking is easy, and they tried to help accommodate my family and I to the best of their abilities. It was clean and well maintained. The parking is easy. There are lot of good restaurants and shopping areas around. We will be staying here again. "

"Bathroom was not clean, plumbing fixtures were loose in the shower. I have stayed at other hotels in Flagstaff for a better price and a whole lot cleaner. Only reason I picked this hotel was because it said newly renovated. Guess they missed my room."

Like I said, location for travelers is great and lots of shopping for necessary and fun stuff is walkable. Campus closeby. For the nightly rate, I'd say it's the best affordable stay in town...."

"The bath tub in 17 had been refinished but there are lots of raised bumps all over the surface that aren't sharp but you can feel them and it wasn't comfortable."

"We checked in a little late and the lady that checked us in was great. Room is clean and quiet, I tried to get a 12pm check out because my wife had a phone interview but they gave me 11:30am. The lady in the morning at the front desk wasn’t the best either and was kinda rude regarding the late check out. Decent stay though"
