"The hotel was fine for one night. Very close to El palace of Aranjuez and Jardines del Primcipe. Beware, if you come with a lot of luggage there are no elevators."

"The lobby, breakfast and dinner areas were inviting and the food was delicious. More importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The underground parking provided convenient access to the lobby and rooms above. The only concerns were the absence of hand towels and some awkward light switches."

I spent too long at breakfast as the food and presentation reflected more than just 4 stars. It was an amazing feeling just walking out to the Palace Square in front of the hotel. Try the Fuela cafe just around the corner."
