"Rude, impatient and unhelpful staff. Additionally, the spa was dingy and not kept at an appropriately hot temperature."

"Here’s the thing. It’s massively over priced. But if you ignore the money, it’s a nice little Inn. It’s a shame it’s not some sort of family run establishment, that might make it feel a bit more cozy. But the new team there are very friendly if you give them the time of day. But you do leave feeling like you were ripped off. A shame really, because I had a very comfortable stay. If it was a quarter of the price you’d think it was great and would return again. Sadly I won’t."
