Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Very quiet and picturesque location. Excellent breakfast and spa. Only slight negative is we upgraded to a Deluxe room and I would suggest it was average rather than deluxe.

Arrived to a luke warm welcome. The bedroom window was wide open, to air the room, which was damp. The reception area stank of cigarettes smoke. Kilchurn Suites
The suite didn't match our expectations: it was in a prefabricated building, and not well isolated so it'was noisy because it's close to the road.
