"Room was clean / staff was great - location was great / everything was great - except parking but it’s ok cuz it’s in middle of downtown"

"Pros: Staff is very kind and accommodating! The swimming pool is very nice and heated and the jacuzzi is nice too. Lake is pretty. Cons: Continental breakfast is literally just fruit, hard boiled eggs, tea/coffee, and some not very good pastries. Disappointed with the breakfast. Also the fitted bed sheet kept coming off the bed after we untucked the main blankets because it’s so thin (I can’t sleep with the big blankets tucked in). The hand soap bar in the bathroom is not good it leaves a waxy...

"1st of all I would like to say that paying 175.00 for parking is ridiculous. 2nd of all the pool was filthy and not maintained. The room was not ready when we arrived at around 3:10 pm and we had to be issued another room and still had to wait when we were given the room key to a new room. The room was nice and clean however, the toilet and sink both got clogged around day 2 of our stay. wifi signal was poor. overall I would not go back nor recommend this hotel."
