"Air was v good "

"Overall I gave the rating of my stay 3/10. The staff’s customer service was decent however the hotel itself needs some upgrading. The elevators moved as if they wanted to break down every time they were called and the rooms were out dated. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain upon arrival and I had to call down to the front desk to get one. There were teenagers playing in the hallway at 1 something in the morning, screaming and running up and down the hallways to where we had to call for someone to make them stop. The next morning breakfast got ZERO stars from me when I say every single table was a mess! Nothing was refilled and there was no staff keeping the area clean at all. We did not have breakfast due to the uncleanliness of that area and checked out shortly afterwards. I have stayed at other Wyndam hotels before and never had this experience so I am highly disappointed."

"Do not stay here!! They couldn't find my reservation even though I showed the paperwork. Then I was told that my name had already been used to check in. I was given a key to that room, only to find someone already in the bed! It took over 15 minutes for the front desk to put me in another room, and then I find out that I was CHARGED for that room. Carpets were stained and musty. Gnats were everywhere. Hot tub was blocked by yellow tape. Ice machine broken. Snack machines were near empty. I have never had a problem booking through hotels.com, but now I am a little hesitant to do so. "

"The manager and staff are INCREDIBLY RUDE. I made reservations for others in my group and chose “pay at the property “. They charged my card at noon, check in is at 3p and refused to reverse charge and let the others pay for their own room. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER The rooms stunk, the towels were stained and dirty."

"I was in Texarcana because my sister was not doing well. She passed away and we were leaving the day before our original booking. I spoke with the manager and she said they would contact Expedia to give a refund and they never did."
