"Wonderful family weekend! Three rooms on 10 floor overlooking Downtown Hot Springs. The staff was very professional and the cleanliness of hotel rooms excellent. This was our second visit to Hot Springs and our second time staying at the hotel. Plan to visit again soon. Location is excellent to downtown. Wonderful locally owned shops and great restaurants. "the setting and surrounding area is great, staff was friendly and helpful. the room was what i expected, could use a little more thought in amenities for that room such as taking out that huge armoire,(coudn't see TV), i would also recommend better pillows (ours was flat), "

"Great location. Really nice clean and comfortable rooms. Lacking in amenities, no coffee machine in the room or even the ability to get hot water at night for tea. This would be a 5 star property if the amenities were better. "
