It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together"

"This is a gorgeous hotel. My room was larger than expected with great closet space - excellent for a business trip. The bed was super comfy. Some noise from the street but earplugs took care of it. The staff at reception were so helpful and made great recommendations - they take pride in their hotel and city. I would definitely come back."

"The best part of this hotel is that it is close to Wegmans, Route 22, and a short drive to Bethlehem. I booked a kitchen suite only to find that the cupboards were completely empty and you have to request dishes, cookware, and flatware. Once I requested it, it was delivered (minus the flatware) in a plastic bin. The hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, but the TVs are old and do not have streaming. It was not possible to go for a run or walk from the hotel-- I had to weave through several...

"Front desk staff were not friendly at all. We booked a suite for 7, we got 3 towels, when I asked for more, they acted like I was taking all they had! We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping did not update towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to ask for it, was told to bring dirty tags downstairs to switch out that housekeeping does not do this until you checkout. Breakfast was good but the space was too small for the amount of people that was there."

We even switched rooms, and the second room was worse than the first. In the first room, the toilet seat was up, there were pubic hairs on the toilet, and there was no toilet paper. "Be aware there are no elevators. We knew this but our room was on the third floor, basicly the attic, and we are both in our 70s. The air conditioner was noisy so tough to sleep. It served the purpose as we were attending a funeral in the area."
