"New carpet! It has ripples throughout. Very tripable and not easy to roll your suitcase on. Needs updated."

"Check-in didn't say anything about on-site restaurant, any other hotel amenities or nearby places of interest, parking was inconvenient and in a dirty garage, restaurant meal was 50 minutes late, cold and overpriced."

"The hotel is near to Airport and that is good from commute standpoint. But, this is huge disadvantage that there is no restaurant nearby. The hotel is providing shuttle and it helps to some extent. The breakfast was decent, no complaints. The staffs were very friendly and thats a plus."

"The room was not clean. Looked like dog food kibble on the floor when we arrived. It was still there when we left. The “accessible bathroom was not accessible. You still had to climb over a high tub to get in and sit on a bench. Beds were never made and I had to ask for clean towels. They did not bring wash clothes so I had to go downstairs to get some."

"One of my better hotel stays. Very helpful and friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms, pool area well lighted and maintained. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in variety and quality. The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that).
