"Everything was fine until while closing the door while leaving for dinner down the street , somehow activated the safety security bar after closing and couldn’t get back in when we came back . We had the front desk agent come up to get it unlatched so we could return to the room with our things locked in .. we never had that happened but all was taken care of and very professional about it .. great job "

"Tru by Hilton in Lincoln, NE is our go to for overnight trips. It’s in a great location with shopping, restaurants, fast food, and most importantly coffee shops close by. It’s always clean and quiet. The breakfast has a lot of options."
