"I received a text from Patrick asking how my room was, that was a nice touch.I was surprised that the happy hour was only 5-630, instead of 5-7. 2 bartenders behind the bar but only 1 servicing the free drinks. Line was long and other bartender didn't seem to have much to do. I requested a 7:30am wake up call but it never came. Thank goodness I only use as a back up. "
