"Besides being charged incorrectly THREE times, our overall experience at the hotel was still very good. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. My son and niece had an amazing time enjoying the water park and all the different activities the hotel offered for kids, which kept them entertained the entire trip. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, although there were a few exceptions. There was always something fun for the children to do, which...
