Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and genuinely helpful, which really elevated the whole stay. Location is perfect as well — close to everything, yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. Overall, a fantastic stay. "Quick airport pickup, organized loading for cruise dropoffs, many people requiring return ride to red carpet were waiting multiple hours. Folks operating restuarant where very nice and offered decent food at resonable prices. Pleasantly surprised"

"Bed was a little low, but the hotel is very nice! The shuttle was a great help! Front desk was very accommodating. It was decorated pretty for Christmas. The rooms have thin walls… but it was clean. "
