On the other hand, we were not notified that the swimming pool was down and was just opening the day we left. "The pancake machine was broken in the breakfast room. The paint was poorly applied in the room, the caulking around the sink was dry but had dripped down into the sink so it was visible. The hallway carpet and area around the elevator were dirty with fingerprints on the stainless steel. Just a disappointment that details were not considered."

"Check in was super easy! Was a very nice staff on night & morning. We didn’t have enough towels in our room but were able to get some quickly. The only downfall was that there was multiple stains on the bedding and couch. The pull out bed had a lot of stains as well. There was also hair in the bathtub. Other than that it was an excellent stay. Room was cold. Food was yummy and so was the coffee."
