"We truly couldn’t have picked a better spot. Casa Nacpan felt like home all thanks to the staff. Breakfast was delicious and consistent by chef Kenjie, laundry service was offered, and Nacpan beach was a 3 min drive which was a plus. It’s a 25-30 min drive to El Nido, but much quieter and less busy which we loved. Magnus was very knowledgeable and recommended some spots for us to try. "Room was of a good standard with stunning views! One complaint the patio door was missing its insulation allowing mosquito to invade the room and i got a few bites. Staff really courteous, friendly and helpful. There was a mix up with our transfer from the train station and they refunded our taxi fair which was very generous. Cannot fault this hotel. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4. "Me and my family had a wonderful vacation at Sanggraloka Ubud. It had such a wonderful view of valley with the location only being 20 minutes away from Ubud Center. the farm has many spices collections, so they educate my children the name of spices that are usually used by Balinese people. "
