"The concierge (JJ?) went above and beyond to be accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Nana Plaza which I discovered quite by mistake. Whatever people tell you about it doesn’t describe it. That being said, it must be seen at least once in your life. Street food, music, women and booze abound. Get a 3 AM foot massage and people watch. Finish the night off with some 5 AM pho from a street cart and watch the sun rise. "

"Water heater didn’t work well. In the beginning for after 10s no more than it came back after you fiddle than no more. Very frustrating shower, complain to front desk… insist no problem. Ask for extra bottle of water and given. Later was told there is charge. This is residence that also operates hotel so the 5 star hotel definitely no feel."

"The apartment is near to an mrt station which is very convenient to visit various places around the island. It is also within walking distance of various eateries just opposite the apartment. The staff were lovely and polite. Although the room was clean and tidy, we felt that it was quite a small room for a couple to stay in. We didn't have much space to move around and when we need to pack and unpack our stuff in and out of our luggage."

"Thank you Vietnam and the friendly host for this vacation. Everything was perfect, my family and I had a great experience here. The swimming pool is clean, airy and spacious, you need to check in to get in. Although it is a bit complicated, I feel more secure. The room space here is very clean, cleaned when I arrived. Even when I needed more towels and other items in the middle of the night, they always supported 24/7. What I like most is the view from my room, very beautiful in the evening....

"Very good hotel in the center of Hanoi. We booked a trip to Halong Bay during our stay (Can really be recomended) and everything went smooth. We have also ordered transport and everything is planned and for a good price. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were kind and helpful. "

Good family hotel & quite budget friendly too

"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel to all the places we wanted to go to. It is informal & nice & family-friendly & the cost of staying there is one of the more budget-friendly in Singapore for a bigger hotel. Overall happy & would stay again."
